For safety and comfort of our guests, we reserve the right to cancel a tour in the event of adverse weather conditions or any situation which make travel unsafe. In such circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age on our tours.
Pets are not permitted on tours.
All tours operate with a maximum of 6 guests, ensuring a relaxed personalised experience.
Seats cannot be reserved in advance and will be allocated in a first-come, first-served basis on the day of travel.
We do our best to accommodate guests with accessibility requirements; however, these must be discussed with us prior to booking. Please note our vehicle is not wheelchair accessible.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure reservation.
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the tour date. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of departure, or failure to attend the tour, are non-refundable.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, entrance fees, admission charges, meals and refreshments are not included in tour price.
